Prior to beginning any work, please provide as much detail as possible in order to fulfill your masterpiece!

Consider these things when commissioning:

• Size (16” x 20”, 24” x 36”, 30” x 40” and so on)
• Medium (Oil Paint, Acrylic and/or Digital)
• Color Preference(s)
• Theme or Style
• Reference images* (3 or more)

*HD Resolution is a MUST!

Before beginning, I can provide 1 - 3 rough drafts. This will allow both parties to come to a mutual agreement.
Note: there is a drafting fee - if you decide you continue working with me, the fee will be voided.

If both parties have already discussed and agreed to a design, then this step will be voided.

Based on the work requirements, the turnover time could take up-to 2 weeks (MIN) or more!

Keep in mind, Oil Paints take longer to oxidize (dry)! Turnover time could take up-to 4 weeks (MIN) or more!

The cost of shipping is not included in the FINAL price. The cost will vary based on location.

50% of the FINAL price must be paid to begin the work - the deposit covers the cost of supplies and materials required to begin the work.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE!

Payments are accepted and can be paid via Bank Transfer, LIV and/or Cash!

FINAL payment must be made on the day of completion of the work!
